1. Who we are

Depth Desk ("the Service") is operated by Andreas Hillström, a private individual based in Sweden. Contact: depthdesk.dev@gmail.com.

2. What Depth Desk is — and is not

Depth Desk is an informational market-research tool. It aggregates publicly available data (order book snapshots, news feeds, filings) and presents AI-generated trend signals ("Positive / Neutral / Negative trend"). Depth Desk is not an investment advisor, broker, or financial institution. Nothing shown in the app constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid tiers (Pro, Unlimited) are billed monthly via Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the billing portal. Prices are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. By starting to use the paid features immediately after purchase you agree that the service begins during the withdrawal period; if you cancel before the 14 days end, you may be charged for the portion used.

7. Data sources & accuracy

Market data, news and filings are sourced from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Depth Desk provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depth Desk and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data; do not attempt to break its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
